This policy explains how MATS ARC LLC, doing business as MATS ARC Gaming Studio, handles information when you use our games, website, support channels, and related services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to games, websites, customer support, and other services operated by MATS ARC LLC, doing business as MATS ARC Gaming Studio (“MATS ARC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). MATS ARC LLC is the legal entity responsible for the information covered by this policy. A specific game or feature may provide an additional notice where its data practices differ.

Information We Collect

The information collected depends on the MATS ARC game or Service you use, the features included in that version, your platform, and your device settings. MATS ARC or a provider acting for us may collect:

  • Device and technical data: IP address, device type or model, operating-system version, app version and configuration, language, approximate region derived from IP address, advertising identifier, vendor identifier, and similar technical identifiers.
  • Gameplay and usage data: game sessions, feature interactions, game progress and achievement events, ad views and interactions, and performance measurements.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports, launch data, and related device or application state used to diagnose reliability problems.
  • Support and request data: your email address, the game concerned, message contents, and any information or attachments you choose to send when you contact MATS ARC.

We collect technical, usage, and diagnostic information automatically through software development kits included in the relevant game. We collect support information directly from you. Data that a game saves only on your device is not received by MATS ARC unless you choose to send it to us, such as in a support request.

MATS ARC does not directly collect payment-card details. Apple, Google, or another storefront processes purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Unless a particular game clearly tells you otherwise, MATS ARC games do not require a MATS ARC account and do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or the contents of private communications.

Log Data

When you use a Service, particularly when an error occurs, third-party products integrated into the app may collect Log Data. This can include your device’s IP address, device name or model, operating-system version, app configuration, time and date of use, crash details, diagnostic events, and other usage statistics.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our mobile games do not expressly place browser cookies themselves. Third-party code, SDKs, libraries, or linked websites may use cookies, mobile identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies to provide, measure, personalize, or improve their services. Your browser, device, or platform may let you block or limit these technologies. Some functionality may not work as intended if you disable them.

How We Use Information

We use device, technical, gameplay, and usage information to operate game features, remember progress where supported, measure engagement, improve game balance and design, and understand app performance. We use diagnostics to investigate crashes, bugs, fraud, abuse, and security threats. Where a game contains advertising, we use device identifiers and ad-interaction data to deliver, limit, and measure ads, subject to the consent and platform controls required in your region. We use support data to answer your message, verify and complete privacy requests, keep necessary request records, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide a Service you request, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services, with your consent (including where required for advertising or analytics), or to comply with law.

Third-Party Service Providers

A particular MATS ARC game may include some, but not necessarily all, of the providers listed below. The providers included in each released build determine which data is collected for that game. They process device, identifier, usage, advertising, and diagnostic data to provide the stated service:

We require providers that process personal information for MATS ARC to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. Providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. The App Privacy or Data Safety disclosure for each MATS ARC title identifies the practices applicable to that title and should be read together with this policy.

When Information Is Shared

MATS ARC does not sell personal information. We share only the categories described above with providers used by the relevant game so they can host or operate features, analyze use, diagnose crashes, secure the Services, and deliver or measure advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect players, MATS ARC, or the Services; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of studio assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The privacy disclosures submitted for each MATS ARC title on Apple App Store and Google Play must match the SDKs and data practices in the build distributed through that store.

Links to Other Sites

The Services may contain links to websites or services not operated by MATS ARC. If you follow an external link, the third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

MATS ARC keeps support correspondence and privacy-request records only as long as needed to respond, maintain necessary business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Technical, usage, advertising, and diagnostic information is retained according to the settings and retention schedules of the provider used by the relevant game. When information under our control is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Locally saved game data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game, subject to any platform backup settings.

You may initiate a data-deletion request at any time by emailing support@matsarc.com with “MATS ARC Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. Include the relevant game, platform, and enough information for us to locate and verify the record. We will delete information under our control and work with applicable processors where necessary. We may retain limited information required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or proof that we completed your request, and will tell you if an exception applies.

If a MATS ARC title offers account creation, it will also provide an in-app account-deletion path. A deletion request permanently deletes the account and associated data rather than merely deactivating the account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to appeal a decision about a request. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise a right, email support@matsarc.com and identify the relevant MATS ARC game and platform. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers, tracking, permissions, and certain analytics through the consent controls in the relevant game or your Apple, Google, browser, or device settings. If consent is necessary for a feature, withdrawing it may limit that feature.

Children’s Privacy

Unless a specific MATS ARC game and its store listing expressly state otherwise, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without any consent required by law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to MATS ARC, email support@matsarc.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

International Use

MATS ARC LLC and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
